Images and clipart

Hey Big Tom
Dr. Gut mentioned your Indiana Jones analogy! So I decided to take an Indy adventure with the case study portfolio., because after all I can create as many portfolios as I need! I just have to remember which one I have to keep. I was able to attach an image and place it in a section, BUT I cannot figure out how to adjust and center it once it is in the section. I chose several options and the picture is always left of center. I would like to add a clip art image. I was able to attach the image but the image will not open. It is some red blob thing. I went to the help section and printed off the directions about how to attach an image.
HOWEVER...I still cannot center my picture or figure out a way for the clipart image to appear.
Any suggestions?
By the way livetext documents are not as stressful as Word documents.
Did I tell you how helpful your video was? Thanks!
Annie

annie> I am glad that you are posting without the distress

I tried to center an image on my old case study portfolio and found that centering a picture was not option that was provided by LiveText.
I would suggest picking a position(I am partial to "below text" and use that same position for each picture that you place in the portfolio.

also to attach a picture use the attach image function

Procedure
1. select "edit" for the section in which you want to attach an image
2. select the "edit" for image located below the text box
3.upload your image and select placement and size
4.select "finish" to close text and image section and view image along with text/

Hi Annie/Tom:
Good question! I was wondering the same thing. I can't get my picture centered either. However, Tom, your instructions on how to attach a picture helped-thank you so much. I was able to figure it out. Now if I could just get it to fall in the center of the page.
